Restraint Seclsuion

This intensive one day program will certify participants in restraint and seclusion and will provide participants with:

·       a comprehensive understanding of the restraint and seclusion policy for the school setting

·       de-escalation/conflict resolution techniques

·       professionalism during conflict

·       non-physical interventions

·       basic first aid

·       appropriate restraint techniques for all students 

·       hands-on practice of all techniques

 This training is offered at cost of $100.00 to EMCED members and $150.00 for non-members
