In this interactive workshop, participants will hear directly from a practicing school principal who successfully leveraged the Internal Coherence (IC) Framework to transform how teacher teams collaborate and engage in instructional improvement. Through his leadership, the faculty shifted from surface-level discussions to deeper, practice-focused conversations that directly impacted classroom instruction and strengthened collective teacher efficacy.
