This mentor training session is a full-day training session designed to equip experienced educators with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to effectively guide and support novice teachers in their first year of teaching. Participants will be exposed to a range of evidence-based strategies and best practices through reflective, interactive, and collaborative experiences.  They will also learn how to provide guidance and resources to address specific teaching challenges while considering the individual learning styles and needs of a beginning teacher.
