Transition Conference: Pathways to Possibilities
The MS Department of Education, Office of Special Education, will host the 5th annual MS Transition Conference. This one-day conference will focus on the importance of early planning and post-secondary outcomes for students with disabilities. The day will consist of breakouts and keynote from community partners and school districts highlighting best practices.
