AI training

  • Train the Trainer: AI
Train the Trainer: AI

This full-day, hands-on “Train the Trainer” session will equip district leaders with the skills and knowledge to effectively integrate artificial intelligence into their schools and offices. Using real-world examples from education and industry, participants will learn advanced prompting techniques to get precise, actionable results from AI, then explore how prompts and outputs change across different languages. We will compare the pros and cons of different AI programs, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models like LLaMA and Mistral, highlighting where each excels such as reasoning ability, creativity, speed, cost, and offline use, and where they have limitations such as access to current data, handling of long contexts, and output reliability. The training will also explore how prompting in other languages, such as Spanish, French, or Mandarin, can improve clarity or change results, along with the advantages such as cultural nuance and precision in technical terms, and challenges such as translation errors and smaller language model datasets. We will then cover automation using ChatGPT and N8N, outlining their strengths such as custom workflows, integration with multiple apps, and scalability, and potential drawbacks such as learning curve and data privacy considerations. The day will conclude with strategies for keeping pace with AI advancements, ensuring your district remains informed, adaptable, and ready to leverage emerging tools and trends.

This training is offered free to EMCED members and  $100.00 for non-members.
