Ed Leadership Institute

The focus is the school leader acting strategically. During the two days, participants will consider the importance of a clear mission, a measurable vision and shared core values as essential tools of the effective leader and school improvement. Additionally, participants will explore research on the power of culture that frames school and community behavior, processes, goals and accountability. 

This training is offered at cost of $160.00 to EMCED members and $220.00 for non-members.
