Mississippi Professional Growth System: Observation Rubrics

EMCED is excited to offer this training to a school team that will consist of a school principal and 2-4 teachers.

THE objective of this training is to create a diverse school leadership team who will train their colleagues on the MPGS teacher rubrics. This will develop a shared school understanding of the MPGS indicators and practices, which will help to improve and strengthen instruction. Participants will leave with an increased awareness of the MPGS requirements and resources.
