Leading a Culture of Continuous Change

Building on an emphasis on Vision and Culture, the strategic leader recognizes the importance of staff capacity. Hiring, inducting, developing, and retaining staff are key components in a strategic leader’s toolbox. The focus of the strategic leader is on utilizing these tools with the future desired ideal state (vision) in mind.

This two-day training will explore leadership in a culture of life-long learners. The presentations will be interactive, and activities will be collaborative. District team members are encouraged to attend. during which facilitator mini-lectures, collaborative exercises, guided readings, and videos are utilized.


* In order to insure the health and safety of everyone, we will follow the recommendations of the CDC,  local health officials and MSU pertaining to masks or face covering during the workshop.  


This training is offered at cost of $160.00 to EMCED members and $220.00 for non-members (*district not listed).
