In this session, participants will work with experienced school administrators to dive into the nuts and bolts of school personnel that principals and school leaders deal with on a daily basis. From following the Mississippi Educator Code of Ethics, to having critical conversations, to making employment decisions, it can be overwhelming. Join us for this interactive session as we discuss: Lessons in School Personnel, Critical Conversations, Code of Ethics, Difficult Staff Issues, and the Professional Growth System.
